At the heart of Mango Catering is owner Sarah Flatt. She has built an enviable reputation for her soulful imaginative food. She is passionate about food, events, teamwork and creativity. She has run a variety of events, often in unusual settings which has honed her creativity and design.

Mango Catering has been in the business for over 30 years. In that time Sarah has worked hard to collect a team of loyal, high quality support staff and wonderful suppliers.
